Furniture Outlets & Discount Furniture Stores in Austin
Two kinds of stores get called outlets around Austin. True outlets sell closeouts, floor models, returns, and discontinued stock from one brand. Discount stores sell new furniture at lower prices and sometimes put “outlet” in the name. Both can save money. They work differently, so this guide separates them.
Every address below comes from the store’s own website as of October 2026.

How to shop an outlet
- Measure first. Outlet sales are often final. Bring room, doorway, and vehicle measurements.
- Inspect every side. Pull out drawers, sit on every cushion, and check the back and underside. Ask why the piece is in the outlet.
- Ask what “as-is” covers. Find out whether there is any warranty and whether missing hardware can be ordered.
- Compare with the regular price. Look up the same model on the brand’s website. A discount only matters against the real current price.
- Sort out transport. Ask whether the outlet delivers, what it costs, and how long it will hold a paid item. See the delivery guide.
Other ways to pay less
Outlets are one option. Secondhand is often cheaper for solid wood and name brands.
